dyshidrotic eczema
Definition

The skin is known to be the human's largest organ. We love to take care of our skin, however, it is one of the most fulfilling yet tiresome things to do. People would do anything just to pamper themselves. Some would spare their precious time choosing the right skin care products, while some prefer visiting a dermatologist right away.
Eczema is a skin condition in which patches of skin become dry and itchy. Even though it’s not contagious, anybody regardless of age is susceptible. There are different types of eczema, but the most notable one is called Dyshidrotic Eczema. Research says that it affects 15-20% of children and 1-3% of adults worldwide.

Causes

Here are a few things to consider to avoid this dreadful skin condition.

Environment
A handful of things can trigger this type of skin condition — pollen, molds, pet fur, dust, and weather. By the way, do you love swimming? Do you like to dance in the rain? Regrettably, water can be a triggering factor too. Research says that people who put their feet and hands in water frequently are inclined to have this condition. Worst, your skin may develop small to big gut-wrenching blisters on your feet and hands that would make it hard for you to do your usual errands.
Genetic
Your genes. This type of condition can be inherited, so if you’re having dinner tonight with your family, it would be best to ask if they have a history of eczema. There’s a genetic component called “filaggrin” that maintains the moisture of our skin. The deficiency of the latter may immensely cause your skin to become drastically dry and itchy.

Stress
Why this type of eczema is notable for being the worst? According to research, this type of eczema can trigger more burning sensations, rashes, blisters, and itchiness if you’re stressed. Don’t stress yourself too much. If you’re tired of something, especially with your job, just pause for a while to rest and unwind — don’t quit. Remember, your immune system is the mainframe of your health, so it’s best to do what’s right for your body and mind. Make sure to finish your tasks before browsing the internet — before reading this article.

Treatment

I had this skin condition when I was a kid, and I think that this could be an outlet for me to share what I did to break off the curse. While a myriad of alternative treatments are available for you to try, the best ways – in my book – for this condition to cease are the following:
Change your lifestyle
It is utterly necessary to scrutinize what you eat and drink – change what needs to be changed. Your health condition depends on what you do every day; chiefly with whatever you intake. Eat and drink healthy food and drinks. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking a lot of water every day.

See a doctor
When the symptoms become worse, you must visit a nearby hospital and seek advice from an expert.
Medication: Dermovate Cream
For your perusal, I’m not paid or willing to be paid to endorse this product. The magic that broke the curse that I had was a corticosteroid ointment that you can buy at any drugstore. This reduces the inflammation and itching caused by eczema. However, you must apply this ointment circumspectly as this may cause your skin to thin.
