My name is Rona Soria. I am an online journalist, graphic designer, video editor, data/reports/business analyst, workforce management executive, and voice-over artist. I live in Silay City or also known as the Little Paris of Negros, here in the Philippines.

I have been working as a freelance graphic designer skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. With the support of our local tourism office, I successfully published a coloring book that has gained recognition throughout the Philippines. My journey as a graphic designer began in high school, where I served as the layout artist, graphic designer, and video editor for our English school publication. Afterward, I was employed by our local tourism office as their official graphic designer. I was responsible for designing and publishing all of the city's public advisories, posters, and various materials, particularly during festivals and other local events.

I have collaborated with various clients and companies for over nine years. Since 2013, I have been writing and editing articles on Wikipedia. I have conducted interviews with several local celebrities and published their biographies, detailing their accomplishments and awards, on that platform. Additionally, I had the chance to work at Concentrix, the largest employer in the Philippines, for three years. My experience with a diverse, resilient, and culturally aware organization has been an extraordinary journey. Initially, I applied for a role as a Customer Service Representative. My role involved assisting our client's customers with their issues. After a few months, I was promoted to a more advanced position — Sr. Executive Analyst, within Workforce Management. I managed the schedules of all our agents, client expectations, and various intricate reports and data. Subsequently, I joined Ubiquity Global Services as a Management Information System Analyst. My duties included creating, analyzing, and delivering high-level reports for our clients. I managed over five accounts at once and led numerous meetings with our clients each day.
